well, i remeber now, that the card of colonial dragoons is not good, because of 3 reasons: firsth, u have to get it once u could get a economy card. second, in colonial age the dragoons have less stats. third, u can only make the port dragoons be the best of the game in 4th age, bacause in 2nd and 3rd age, the french dragoon rulez... i think the best to do, talking of light cavalary, is play with dutch and make the ruyters
