well, i just wanna show some litle changes that people can do, to have a better performance when plaing with iros...
1st: people usually get really angry when start with extra gold with iros... cause its not really usefull at the game start, and colonial. Then, people use to make a market... BUT theres a better option... A FARM. use your travois to make a farm, and researh the firsth tech, it don't works just for hunt, works to EVERY TIPE OF FOOD, and thats why native farms are OP. It costs 100 wood, 75 gold, so, to research the tech and make a house, u have to colect 25 extra wood, but is worth, especially in maps with "domestic animals", and in maps with a litle bit of food, and no fruits around (like great plains sometimes).
2nd: when u start with extra wood, some people save it for use in colonial, other people make 2 houses, other people make a house and a market, cause will up with wise woman... thats all bullshit XD make a TP, its incredibly usefull, because all iros second age cards are wayyyy good. so, with tp, u will get the villagers cards, and army upgrade cards very faster, giving u a big advantege (especially in mirrors)
3rd: don't expend wood to make buildings like fams (food) and plantations (gold). u can put 10 vills in firepit and get your travois faster than u imagine XD
4th: Your warchief is the most important unit for u in the whole game, keep him with your army ALWAYS, take him out for treasures only in discovery age, or in colonial, if its a close/quick trasure. don't forget your warchiefs if he is down in the enemy city, and u cant send army to rescue. 3 villagers in firepit get your warchief back fast, so do it.
last hint: REMEMBER-> don't matter if u don't have many resources, after 9 or 10 mins, its always good to up to age 3... iros in age 3 age way better than in age 2 (forest prowler + kanias + "dragoons" are funking good, especially forest prowlers, because of the invisible capacity, usefull to raids, ambush, and to hyde if necessary)
